• Wash hands before handling lenses (use antibacterial soap, no lotion)
• Use fresh solution every time — never reuse old solution or top it up

• Replace lens case every 3 months to prevent bacterial buildup
• Never sleep in lenses unless they're extended-wear approved
• Never use water — only use sterile contact lens solution
